Oracle forms 9i, rado button

Hi,

I have an oracle form, i this the records of a table are queried and displayed in a tabular manner.
Now i would like to add the radio buttons ,  such the user can select only one record.

How will i able to do that,
i have tried adding it, it is taking a radio group for each record. i.e., i am ables to select multiple records instead of one.
