Group policy that only opens a specified shared calendar in outlook

I have a question regarding Microsoft Outlook in a Small Business Server 2003 environment. I was wondering if there was a policy you could set up so when users open up outlook they are forced to use a shared calender I specify and not there own. Please let me know if you need anymore detail, and thanks to all who reply!
