Manage AD from my xp Laptop

Hi all, i have a ActiveDirectory server.
I logged my windows Xp in this AD
now i want to manage users and computers (add, remove, move) from my XP. how to install a client to manage this?
can help me give me a step by step to install the Managment console for Ad installed in a windows 2003 server?

additional to above.
I found once installed use run as and login with full domain user name + permissions.

I don't generally bother - I use Terminal Services / Remote Desktop. It gives full and direct access to the server. Yes, the tools above do what you want - and I have them installed - but I never use them...
