Disable wireless when Ethernet is connected

We are trying to support a policy where laptops cannot be connected to wireless while connected to the corporate LAN. This policy is designed to prevent a user from walking up from Starbuck's and docking their system or plugging in Ethernet in the conference room, thus bridging the Public and Private networks. Does anyone know of a way to disable wireless when Ethernet gets connected now that hardware profiles are gone in Vista?

For full points, please tell me how to do this in a manageable way, central configuration is preferred.

Thanks in advance!
