We are trying to access it by putting a URL in the address bar, (Ex: <a href="http://192.186.1.2/Exchange" rel="ugc">http://192.186.1.2/Exchange</a>) when we go there nothing happens, the page cannot be displayed.

We have Exchange Server 2003, and can't get to outlook web access, and can't open the public folders on the exchange manager. We tried a couple fixes including changing IP addresses for both NIC cards and attempted to add the local IP to the list of trusted sites, as well as clearing and resetting the IIS system. &nbsp;<br />
Any Ideas?

Exchange is the server side of a collaborative application product that is part of the Microsoft Server infrastructure. Exchange's major features include email, calendaring, contacts and tasks, support for mobile and web-based access to information, and support for data storage.
