Exchange Issues with web access and public folders
We have Exchange Server 2003, and can't get to outlook web access, and can't open the public folders on the exchange manager. We tried a couple fixes including changing IP addresses for both NIC cards and attempted to add the local IP to the list of trusted sites, as well as clearing and resetting the IIS system.

What happens when you try to access OWA? How are you trying to access it? Please elaborate.

We are trying to access it by putting a URL in the address bar, (Ex: http://192.186.1.2/Exchange) when we go there nothing happens, the page cannot be displayed.
are you doing this from the server or a workstation? have you tried https?
