How to disable the icon from changing color so the end-user doesn't know your connected?

I have a question regarding REALVNC or perhaps any free VNC software for that matter. I would like to know how to disable the icon from changing colors. I would like to connect to some end--users without the PC showing that I am connected, is this possible with real VNC, or do I need to try some other company's software?

I'm using TightVNC(free) for a lot of time:

www.tightvnc.com

Try it. To hide the VNC icon check out here:
