I am unable to remove the two printer cartridges after following the manual instructions. The BW and colour cartridges have been inserted in the wrong way with an error message saying they are both unsuitable for the printer. It is a new printer. The cartridges came with the printer. I have had a look at a 2nd identical printer. Both cartridge types appear similiar in shape.
