After upgrading from SP3 to SP4, are there any drivers etc. that need to be updated, or any other customizations that need to be done? We are using an HP MSL6000 Tape Library (model MSL6060), and after the upgrade, only the first 48 slots of the total 58 slots can be selected on a 'mount' or 'dismount'. One 'mount' or 'dismount' selection used to work for all the 57 slots (58th is the cleaning tape slot) under SP3. But with SP4 applied, slots 1-12, 13-24, 25-36, 37-48 only can be selected, again only one at a time from a drop down box.
