Dear Sir/ Ma'am,<br />

The scenario is as follows:<br />

My client had a Domain Controller with OS Ms 2003 server R2. His active directory was configured and his pc clients could connect easily.<br />
the initial domain name was: XXXXX.NET<br />
<br />
My client wanted to change the domain name from XXXXX.NET to XXXXX.COM; so he formatted the domain controller and renamed everything afresh.<br />
<br />
now the problem is that the PCs cannot be connected to the new domain.<br />
Even when we try to change domain name on the PC, we have the attached error.<br />
<br />
I will need to re-configure the Active Directory.<br />
Please advise on the steps and procedures to re-establish connection between the new Domain XXXXX.COM with the PC Clients.<br />

RE-CONIGURATION OF ACTIVE DIRECTORY DUE TO CHANGE OF DOMAIN NAME

Active Directory (AD) is a Microsoft brand for identity-related capabilities.
