What is the recommended solution for auto archiving data with version history

I have a client who owns a small art gallery and has approximately 80 gb of image files. He would like to have an auto archive in which the files are archived and the original file and revisions of that file is not overwritten. Also if he deletes a file on his file server that file will still be available in the archive. The windows ntbackup differential and other methods either overwrite or the restoration process is cumbersome.

Any Solutions?

Take a look at Symantec Enterprise Vault File System Archiving. It does exactly what you need, although it may be massive overkill in this situation, but it will give you some ideas for what to look for.
