Problems with User Access to Shared User Folder

The company SBS 2003 Server went down and SBS was reinstalled.  The Shared User Folder was restored from backups after the reinstallation.  All users are reconnected to documents except one.  Debbie can "see" all of her documents in My Documents... but cannot access but a few.  Those that she can access have the syncronization arrows on the icon.  Those that she cannot access do NOT have the sync arrow.  On the files that she can see but not gain access to, the security is set to "Administrator (DomainName\Administrator)".  I can individually grant access, file by file... but there are hundreds of files.  Is there a way to easily grant her returned access and syncronization to ALL of her files?
