Manualy Reboot Exchange SMS2003

Microsoft SBS2003
Is there anyway I can reboot exchange without rebooting the server.
I have been having issues with the mailbox sizes and have altered the max mailbox size but it looks like this is not being taken until I reboot the server.

My max mail box is now set to 1.9 GB which is 1992294kb as it was set to 400000 and there for stoped anyone sending and reciving.   Anyway I can just reboot exchange?

Thanks, I was wondering what the services were and which order to do them in.
Rajith Enchiparambil

The main service is Information Store which has other dependencies as well. Start with the store so that it restarts the dependent services as well.
