I need to restore some key folders from a "Backup-to-Disk Folder" backup using Backup Exec but it keeps failing each time.

I have checked the URL it gave me;

first suggestion - check device is online, which it is.
second suggestion - check logon account being used, this is the domain administrator which is what I am logged in as.

I really need to get these files restored.

Are there any key settings I should be checking?

Turns out the backup sets had been removed, even though the catalogs still existed in Backup Exec.  Made sure now for the time being anyway that we get a weekly backup as well as dailys.

Thanks for your responses.
