RPC over HTTPS will not connect after server reboot
I have 5 users that use the full version of outlook 2003/2007. We reinstalled Symantec AV yesterday and now none of the users can connect to the exchange server to retrieve emails. I have verified the connection and they are not offline etc. Does anyone know what may be causing this issue?
Disable AV and try connecting.

On the server or the user machine?
Are you by chance referring to Symantec End Point Security 11?
If yes, you will need to configure your end point security correctly to have it working.
Post version details of AV please - Both on the Server & Client.

The server is version 10.1.5.500 for the Symantec AV Client. The client machine has the same version all w/ the 7/22 updated definitions.
