where is the security setting in Group policy for deny??

I need to have a gpo not apply to certain users and I know there is a security tab to deny read of a particular policy, but I can't seem to remember where it is. I know this seems like a rahter basic question, but I am having a senior moment.......Thanks

Type
gpedit.msc
and press enter
here you can find all the policies one by one.

Hi!

If you are using GPMC, select appropriate GPO and go to Delegation tab, click Advanced button to modify permissions.

You need to go to security filtering in the General Tab of the group policy displayed in GPMC and add the user or groups for which you want the policy to be applied.
Sorry, Toni is correct. My solution is a different way of doing it.

And it's in the Scope Tab.

That locks me out of editiing-----I need it to stop processing that GPO for certain people.
