Have you tried to open that file in Windows Paint? Program&gt;Accessories&gt;Paint<br />
You may try to change the extension from .jpg to .tif as well.<br />

tried opening as TIF via Paint, cannot open and after reading LHerrou's response I can now see why I cannot open the PICS, and that its a moneyspinner for the photographer, <br />

We are trying to open JPEGs from a FlipAlbumCD that was given to us from a Pro Photograher, I have tried to open/import them with PICASA, MS Office PIcture Manager and Photoshop, none of these programs recognise the Files, I also have tried renaming the jpg extension to bmp, I can see the picture then but the quality is very poor, any help on this would be greatly apreciated, I can only suspect that the photographer has some sort of encoding on the jpegs.<br />
