DNS Server / Client domain specific search and redirection

Do anyone know of a way to make Windows DNS Server use different DNS settings for different domains? E.g.

mydomain.local should be resolved locally
vpndomain.local should be redirected to DNS server for that domain, given with static IP address (not public resolveable)
* should be resolved normally via Internet DNS server

Additionally, the DNS client should be able to split DNS requests similar, since one have a local network and remote network. In this case, local DNS points to Internet provider DNS server, and dial-in to mydomain.local.
As an alternative, can dial-in re-sort domain suffix list and list of DNS server (as LAN DNS = Internet provider comes first in all cases)?

Ok, this would allow for the server part. And the client part?
Main problem is that second DNS server entries in local network settings are only used if first DNS server is not answering at all. And first DNS server is Internet provider ...
You should use internal servers in the clients IP settings and put a forwarder on the internal DNS server to point to the ISP's DNS Server.
