how to check active sync

i want to check if my exchange 2007 is configured for active sync.
please suggest how to check wheater server is configured for active sync or not
and if not configured then steps for configuring

THe Exchange ActiveSync is installed with the Client Access server, you can use the following link to verify your exchange configuration : http://technet.microsoft.com/en-us/library/bb124234(EXCHG.80).aspx
