How do I correct export just the ORACLE Schema ?<br />

I am running an upgrade from Ora8i to Oracle 10G, need the correct syntax;<br />
Here is what I have been using;<br />

exp userid=system/******** file=empty_schema.dmp rows=n constraints=n full=y<br />

I plan on running another export with data, then import this for the upgrade. <br />
