Is the print driver a PCL or PS?

The latest news from the client is that it's not their HP printer as previously stated but their Xerox Workcentre Pro 3545. &nbsp;Its using a PCL driver and the problem is that it wont print any bold text from word documents or anything from excel spreadsheets except gridlines!

I have a Windows 2003 terminal server with Word 2003, When users print documents from within a terminal session, occasionally some text is missing. &nbsp;If they copy the file to their local hard drive it prints fine. &nbsp;Likewise if I print it directly from the terminal server console it works ok. &nbsp; This setup has been working fine for a few years now and nothing new has been added recently except microsoft updates.<br />

Anyone come across similar issues with TS (or better still a solution)?

Text missing from word documents printed in a terminal session

A printer is a peripheral which makes a persistent human readable representation of graphics or text on paper or similar physical media. Traditional printers are being used more for special purposes, like printing photographs or artwork, and are no longer a must-have peripheral; 3D printing has become an area of intense interest, allowing the creation of physical objects.
