Refresh ASP.NET page

I am working with a C# webform.  I wanted to please ask how I can have the page automatially refresh every 5 minutes. Thanks!

Also if you are using AJAX you could use .net timers to refresh particular areas of the page or the entire page.

By the way, do you know how I can say in the following stament that it should contain "N/A" (like) instead of "=". It is written in C#

 if (lbl.Text == "N/A")
