Configure E1 line

Hello,

We have a Cisco2851 integrated Voice router with Callmanager Express 4.3
Our E1 line is not working after the configuration: I cannot dial out and when I try to dial in to the main number, the line is busy.
Can you describe the main commands needed to make a basic setup for E1 Card?
(The interface card is VWIC2-1MFT-T1/E1)
