This is not supported in CR as it is part of the execution of the application. You would have to uncompile the exe, where you would then find them hard coded for the drop down.

For a VB.net application you could remove the export button (ShowExportButton is the property on the CRviewer control).<br />

Then put another button on your form and write custom export routine(s) for the file format(s) you want to let users export to. &nbsp;We used to do this to allow only PDF or Excel exports from an application.<br />

There are plenty of threads on here which cover how to do CR exporting via VB.<br />

If I unistall / reinstall Crystal intself, can I choose what Export file types I'd like during installation? &nbsp;If so, will this remove those options from the dropdown or will the options still be there? &nbsp;

Removing the crxf dlls doesn't seem to have any affect on the File Type drop-down list in the Export dialog (via built-in Export button on the Viewer control). &nbsp;I removed them from here and put them in a Desktop folder:<br />

C:\Program Files\Business Objects\BusinessObjects Enterprise 12.0\win32_x86<br />

I even rebooted the machine and they still show up in the list. &nbsp;These dlls don't show up anywhere else on my client machine. &nbsp;I'll look into the installation process. &nbsp;Any other ideas?

I believe if they are on the machine, Crystal will find them. &nbsp;The desktop folder is on the machine.<br />

I removed the DLLs from the machine and the dropdown list was still the same. &nbsp;I'm going to go ahead and accept your solution to choose the export options during installation of BO 12.<br />

Crystal Reports is a business intelligence application from SAP SE.
