in 4.5 they are no longer called &quot;Feature Packs&quot;, they now call them Hotfix Rollup Packs. &nbsp;The equivalent of Feature Pack 1 would be called &quot;PSE450R01W2K3&quot;<br />

Sounds like the still call it &quot;Feature Pack 1&quot; and it is different from teh Hotfixes and Rollup packs, but also sounds like you must first upgrade to Platinum (we are Enterprise) before you can use Feature Pack 1? &nbsp;I am still not 100% clear on this but that is what it sounds like.

yea they are confusing the issue there by using both terms. &nbsp;You can see though in step 2 they refer to the same Rollup Pack that I mentioned above:<br />
