I have this irritating problem since switching to Access 2007. When working anywhere within Access (form design, navigation bar, etc) whatever is directly behind my Access window bleeds through to the foreground. For instance, if Excel is in the background, I may see several cells of data, if the desktop is directly behind Access, I may see some desktop shortcuts or a portion of my desktop background image. Sometimes access loses focus completely and I need to use Alt-Tab to restore it to the foreground. The bleeding though tends to be wherever my mouse points. The problem is much worse on one of my applications. Several others do not seem to be a problem. Other users of the application do not experience the problem.
Here is some background information . . . I am using a ADP in 2002-2003 format connected to a SQL 2000 Database. I have Access 2000 and 2003 still installed on my PC. I am on Access 2007 SP1 (12.0.6211.1000) and Office 2007 12.0.6213.1000. I am on Windows XP SP3.
Does anyone have any clue as to what is happening?
