SQL Injection attack on IIS 6 /windows 2003 standard

We have seen a lot of SQL Injection attacks on our IIS server recently.
We do not install URLScan on this server because IIS 6 comes with most of the features already.
My questions are:
1) Should we install URLScan on IIS 6 server?  
2) Can we adjust some parameters in registry without installing URLScan?
3) If it is recommended to install URLScan, which version should we install?  
    Will that require a reboot on the IIS server after installation is complete?
    Because this IIS server is a live production server.
