Move user accounts from one OU to another OU based on characters within the user's "description" field.

We are attempting to organize our AD.  I would like to move multiple user accounts from one OU to another OU based on characters within the user's "description" field.  For example, search an OU and sub-OU's for all user accounts that have "accounting" in their description field and them move them to another specified OU.  I have looked at the built in searches, however, I cannot get the search to only find the word "accounting" with disregard to any other information within the description field.  Is there a script or tool that can easily accomplish this?

You can move more then one user at a time.  Assuming you have descriptions already when you open ADUC you should see the description already you can highlight more then one user (in this case select the members of one particular group) then move them to the right OU

It's not that simple.  None of the descriptions are uniform and there are several OUs.  Each description has the user's name as well as a departmental designator.  So, if you sort by description, it is sorted alphabetically.  We definitely need a queury or search that can pull all the people with a certain designator in their description field.
