Error when wiping a device in Exchange MobileAdmin

Hello,

I have installed Microsoft MobileAdmin on an Windows Server 2003 (x86) server with Exchange 2003 SP2 installed. When I use the MobileAdmin website, I am able to find devices, I can block and unblock them, but when I try to wipe them, I receive the following error:

 I already checked several documents from the Internet, and everything that is recommended seems to be ok.

Does anyone have experience with this problem and how to solve it?
