Unable to connect to Remote Web Workplace. The client could not connect to the remote computer. Remote connections might not be enabled or the computer might be too busy to accept new connections.

I'm trying to get remote web workplace working on a SBS 2003 network that is set up with 6 clients.  I can remote desktop connect to the server and clients but I an unable to get remote web workplace to work.  I receive the error message "the client could not connect to the remote computer.  Remote connections might not be enabled or the computer might be too busy to accept new connections".  I can get through the login screens to view a listing of the client computers but I receive this error message when I try and connect to the desktop of one of them.  I have checked to make sure routing and remote access service is running and that the user and client are set for "allow remote control".  Also the client computers are set to "allow user to connect remotely".

I'll check the router firewall (RV082).  I CAN get it to work using http://SBSname/remote from inside the network from one client to another ( I have one client even this will not work on but there may be other issues with that particular client )
If it works from inside, it is likely the router's port forwarding.
Thank you, Port 4125 was not forwarded.  I am able to RWW on most of the clients now.  I have one client that will not connect.  I get the same error message "the client cannot connect...:  Also, the same error message happens when I try and connect through Remote Desktop Connection through the server to this client.  Any idea what the problem might be with this particular client?
Probably 1 of 3 things:
1) you are not added to the "remote desktop users group" on the PC to which you are trying to connect
2) The Windows (or any other software firewall) is not configured with the exception to allow remote connections
3) remote connections under my computer properties | remote, are not enabled

All 3 of the above should be done automatically if the http://SBSname/connectcomputer wizard was used, but if not it has to be done manually, or the PC re-joined
I'm logging into the server as admin and have checked to make sure the client remote desktop is allowed, but I am still not able to connect to the client though the server with terminal services.  The same error message occurs.  This client was originally set up with the rest of the network, but has been turned off for over a year.  I ran all windows updates to make the client current but still am unable to connect to it.  I can ping the server from the client and remote install applications to the client,  from the server, but no RDC.  Windows firewall is turned off on the client and is being controlled by group pollicy.
I am unable to run http://SBSname/connectcomputer on the server.  It gives me a permission error.
Sorry cliffmeyers. I wasn't around this afternoon.
I see you awarded points, does this mean you have resolved the problem?

You don't run http://SBSname/connectcomputer on the server but rather on the PC within the office. It is used to join the PC to the domain. If the PC has already joined the domain through other means, you cannot use it either. In order to do so the PC has to be removed from the domain, and rejoined as per TechSoEasy's instructions (top SBS expert)
