NDR's on replies only!?
I have a mobile user that has a laptop using RPC/Outlook 2007 and a BlackBerry.
About a week ago whenever he would reply to a certain user from another company he would get a NDR message.
I have researched this with him a bit and it turns out whenever he replies to this user via Outlook or his BlackBerry he gets a NDR.
Now... he can inititate a email to this user and it goes through fine, this has got me stumped, any ideas?
He is having NO other problems with emailing other people at all...
The recipient he is sending to is on a Exchange 2007 server if that matters...
Thanks,
Tommy

Do you have any access to the other organization? Is it for new emails as well, for example, if the remote user send a new email to your user, can you user reply to that? Or is it just older emails he is trying to reply to that fail? Can anyone else that you are aware of reply to his emails, or is it just this one user account that can not?

Its just this one user, its older emails and brand new emails he is having the problem with. I have full access to both Exchange servers at both organizations...
Thanks,
Tommy

Does your user have that person listed as a contact in their Outlook? If so, you may want to have them delete and recreate the contact.
