I'm having an issue with a rainbow security device it is a paralell port device. The problem I'm having is I have a software called galaxy its from a company called systems 2000 my system got infected with lots of spyware and I had to format the computer now I have the orginal cds and the hardware device. Ok I insert the rainbow key and I installed cd 1 which for the access runtime program I believe now I installed cd 2 and it installed the galaxy program ok when I click on for instance the category finance & Insurance System I get a box that comes up and says action failed
macro name autoexc
Condition true
Action name open form
Arguments F1 open, form,,,edit,,normal
now it only give one option which is to halt.
if I press halt a box comes up and says microsoft access for windows has encountered a problem and needs to close if I hit data this error reported
it says appname msaccess.exe Appver Mod name vbe6.dll Modver offset 00009f43
ok now when I click don't send it exits out of the program now if I double click on galaxy 2000 again and this time I choose Service system
I get a box that comes up and says
13:Hit Cr to abort
cannot find the file Sx32W.dll in your C:\windows or your C:\windows\system32 directory
try uninstalling the sentinel system driver (from add/remove program) if it is there and then try reinstalling from cd 1 of 2
I have tried reinstalling the software I even downloaded version 7.4.2 from there and installed it I tried looking for the file on the computer I tried looking for the file on the cd and I cannot find the file please help thank you
