First thing I'd do is contact the supplier of the software. They should be able to assist you with re-installing your system. It sounds as if your re-installation failed for some reason, or else your database is corrupt. You can try to compact it with the JetComp utility:

The first error message sounds as if either (a) the Access installation is corrupt or (b) the database is corrupt. You can try to re-install to see if this will fix your problem, or try the utility that I suggested earlier.

Short of that, any additional assistance would, I believe, go against the EE guidelines about circumventing security, even though you appear to be on the level with this. The second error message indicates that the sx32w.dll file is not installed. This file apparently interfaces with the security dongle, and is obviously not being installed correctly.

Still, I find it hard to believe that you can't get support from the original developer for a simple re-install. You may need to pay for support, but in general they'll assist you with install issues, assuming you're a valid license holder.
I believe the question was answered ... we suggested that you contact the developer for assistance, which is the proper course of action for something like this.
So no response to my comment??? You just got added to the list ...
