What is the best way to video conference in a Cisco Call Manager networked environment?
We are a company of roughly 100 employees. We use Cisco Call manager and Cisco IP phones. We're connected via MPLS. We'd like to integrate video conferencing. There will likely be only a few participants at any one time. What is a feasible, affective way to do video conferencing?
One option we are considering is MeetingPlace express and getting web cams. I had heard there is also a Cisco phone with built in video? What is recommended for a conference room? What are the bandwidth requirements (i.e. how many KB/S)?
We're looking to deploy this quickly so any insight you have would be helpful.

Looking back thru this, you wanted to know some bandwidth requirements... well, someone in this forum mentioned Cisco TelePresence, and that is 5M per screen as a rule of thumb... however, I'm pretty certain you aren't wanting to go down that path. Most clients with somewhat never Tandberg, Sony, and Polycom gear allocate 800k to their video conferencing via QoS for a pretty good experience. It really depends on the resolution and what your users expect and how big of a pipe you have, but 800k has a pretty good picture in H264 with a ~40" lcd IMHO...
