Not from within VIC itself, but <a href="http://www.vmware.com/pdf/vi3_35/esx_3/r35u2/vi3_35_25_u2_rcli.pdf" rel="ugc nofollow">many such commands</a> can be run from a remote windows box if you install the <a href="http://www.vmware.com/download/download.do?downloadGroup=VI-RCLI-U2" rel="ugc nofollow">Remote CLI</a>.<br />
