Exchange 2003 message Tracking Center

The user is located on a different mail server and the only change maded, was the sysadms changed the domain name. She cannot recieve mail from my mail server. I am using the Message Tracking Center and the last statement "message transferred to ***********************************************...

She's in a different administravive group but in the same organization. I think changed their DNS namespace.

She can recieve mail internally. I cannot discuss the other part of your question, but certain SMTP addresses are the same regardless of location. The mail route according to the E-Mail Domain namedspace.

I found the problem. View back isn't enabled on the firewall. The end result, we found a SMTP Routing connector on one of the bridge head servers was hungil. All mail just kept queucing up.
