What "maximum size" you are talking about? Is that the max size your ISP allocate to you or the size of your hard disk? You can't "add more space" to outlook because it has no size limit, the limits are either on server or your hard disk.

Hi
the same thing i cannot see pst under this HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Office\11.0\Outlook\PST
Those are the registry keys to increase your PST file size.  Are you using a PST file?

Do a search in registry for the following keys:

"      The MaxFileSize registry entry
"      The WarnFileSize registry entry
"      The MaxLargeFileSize registry entry
"      The WarnLargeFileSize registry entry

Where are they located?
