Search Archive Folders with multiple sub folders

I have multiple folders (5+)  that are archived to my C: drive because my mailbox gets full really quickly. However, I have trouble finding / remembering where I put an email sometimes.

I've tried the "Find" button but it doesn't search all of my archived subfolders. It will search if I click in each one individually, but that is very time-consuming. I know you can select to search all subfolders if the mail is in your active non-archive mailbox and/or in search folders, not sure if it is possible for what I'm looking for?

Please let me know if there is a way (or if it's not possible), or provide any recommendations to get around this. Thanks!

Have you tried an addition to Outlook? It's called Xobni. It's great for finding mail conversations with people and which attachement you exchanged. It's great and will give you fast information. Have a free go at www.xobni.com

Hope this helps.

Richard.

Thanks for the feedback, Chris. That is certainly an option that I might look into in the future. In this case, I found out that you can do an Advanced Find by right-clicking on the "Archive Folders" display and that will enable me to do a search for all subfolders within.
Oki doki ... there are lots of experts who can help in the save activity so catch you again perhaps if you proceed with the option.
