I am trying to add more connection licenses to our Sybase 9 server running on a Windows 2003 Standard Server. <br />

I have been trying to run the dblic utility with little success.<br />
<br />
If I run the command: &nbsp; dblic dbsrv9.exe<br />
It displays the license information as it should<br />

If I run the command: &nbsp;dblic -l perseat -p WIN32 -u 6 dbsrv9.exe &quot;Sys Admin&quot; &quot;Allergy &amp;&nbsp;Asthma Care Center&quot;<br />
I receive the following error: &nbsp;&quot;Cannot open executable file 'dbsrv9.exe'

I have been trying to run the dblic utility with little success.

If I run the command:   dblic dbsrv9.exe
It displays the license information as it should

If I run the command:  dblic -l perseat -p WIN32 -u 6 dbsrv9.exe "Sys Admin" "Allergy & Asthma Care Center"
I receive the following error:  "Cannot open executable file 'dbsrv9.exe'
