Gentleman...
First Click on the Folder "Deleted Items". I mean you got to be inside the Deleted Items Folder, only then Click on Tools, then you should see "Recover Deleted item" option
Hope this clarifies. If still you are saying that you can't see, can you send me the screenshot
Thanks
Nitin

- Also, I hope you are not using RPC over HTTP for Outlook 2003 because Recover Deleted Items is disabled in that.
- Also try enabling this
-
- Click Start, click Run, type regedit, and then click OK.
- Locate and then click the following registry subkey: HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWAR
E\Microsof t\Exchange \Client\Op tions - On the Edit menu, point to New, and then click DWORD Value.
- Type DumpsterAlwaysOn, and then press ENTER.
- Double-click DumpsterAlwaysOn.
- Type 1 in the Value data area, click Decimal in the Base area, and then click OK.
- Close Registry Editor.
- Restart Outlook.
- Try starting Outlook with /CleanViews switch through commandline.

I am using the exchange server not RPC over HTTP
Hi,
RPC over HTTP is a feature of Exchange Server for remote access via Outlook Clients. !!
Anyway, I would recommend that you try the Registry Edit once again and see !!
Thanks
