Unable to VPN into Office

I hope I post this in the correct spot.  I have user that is unable to VPN into our office.  The ip address of our server with Routing and Remote Access is 192.168.1.1.  The ip address of her wireless router is also 192.168.1.1.

Is the problem that the IP address's conflict?

Is there a work around other than changing her IP address on her wireless?

Thanks,
Wayne

Yes if they are on the same subnet she won't route through the remote office correctly.  You will want to change her local subnet (192.168.0.1?).  Hope that helps.
Is she trying to connect from a remote location to the office? If this is the case she needs to connect to the Public IP Address, making no changes to the IP configuration.

Pablovr...yes..she is trying to connect from home.  She is using our public IP to connect to our office, but it will not let her connect.  I was assuming it was because of the IP addresses on the Server and her Router.

You are right, I think I was mistaken, it would be worth it to test by changing her IP configuration.

You got it, that should be pretty painless too.
Thanks everyone....I thought that would be the problem.  This person is a consultant....and I really do not want to mess with her personal hardware.  That is always when something else goes wrong..but of course they think it is realated.  What would take me 10 min, ends up taking two days...lol.
I am going to close the question....giving everyone points for helping.
