Is this laptop memory High or Low Density?
Hello, I purchased the following memory-
http://www.play.com/PC/PCs/-/704/911/-/931269/Computer-Memory-256MB-PC133-SDRAM-144pin-SODIMM-16x16/Product.html?searchtype=genre
It actually has 4 chips on each side unlike the picture is showing and has a 16 x 16 build.
Is this high or low density memory? my suspicion is that it is high density.
the model number is 48LC16M16A2 (note the 16M16)

Does that mean that this guide is incorrect (or that I am misunderstanding it)?

All you ever wanted to know about this SODIMM
(and quite a bit that you don't) ;)

If module has 8 total chips, it is lowest density available for a 256MB SODIMM (which can have 8 chips max).
If your notebook supports 256MB modules, it should work.
