Offico Outlook cant connect to exchange 2003

Hi all experts,

I have a user that cannot connect to is mailbox with office outlook 2007, he is able to connect to the web outlook and send and receive mail and also with Blackberry enterprise is able to send and receive mail.
I deleted is local mail profile, still not working, I also deleted is .ost file, then I started is office outlook still not working.
When i start is outlook i get this message:
Cannot start Microsoft office outlook cannot open the outlook window the set of folders cannot be opened you must connect to Microsoft exchange with the current profile before you can synchronize your folders with your offline folder file

Any help, would be appreciated

Tried solution did not work for me.
Also tried to connect that user a pc on the same domain same error.
Tried on a pc that had office outlook 2003 still did not work.
The user is able to ping the exchange server.

What can do that? Y is that user able to connect to the same account true Web Outlook.

Ok I found the problem; I just had to reboot the exchange server.
Everyone knows rebooting is the last thing one administrator wants to do

Goto: %userprofile%\Application Data\Microsoft\Outlook
and removed any .OST files located within there.
Start Outlook again and it will rebuilt the mail file.

This can be caused to a corruption in the OST file.

The solution was just to reboot my exchange server
