Does current version of Microsoft Action Pack contain XP?

Hi experts.  I am preparing to purchase MAPS and wanted XP Pro/Home included with it, not Vista.  Does anyone know if you can change the OS?  I am aware that MAPS is for registred partners of MS which I am (www.GeekMadeEasy.com).  I bought a server (used) and need an OS for it and figured it was time to get MAPS but I reviewed the software included and didn't see XP.  Just figured I would throw out an easy question but one that I needed an answer to.

Thanks for the help!

Great posts!  Thank you all.

Can anyone explain the difference between an action pack and the technet subscription?  From what I read, the technet has full versions for evaluation.  Does that mean with technet, they are demo's but without a time limit?  Could I install Windows 2003 server from technet on my production server?
Just read a little further and found the "Software is licensed for evaluation purposes onlynot for use in production environments" disclaimer.  I guess XP Pro isn't that big of a deal.  I am looking for full versions and action pack looks like the way to go.  Any last thought?
Action Pack is for evaluation purposes also and you lose license when you discontinue Action Pack subscription. With Tech Net you can continue using for personal use.

Neither program allows you to use software in a production environment.
By the way, I dropped Partner Program and Action Pack subscription for TechNet because TechNet better serves my current needs.
r-jansen, do you live in Holland?  I lived in Soesterberg for 3+ years.

hottroc, thanks for the post in English.  that did help.

willcomp, I appreciate the information and added advice.  I am going to have to look into the technet subscription more before I make the final decision but at least I know about XP now.
Thanks everyone!  Take care.
