Global address book?

Ok I am not an exchange expert so please forgive me.  I have a client that is running sbs 2003.  All the users have a access to a "global address book" in their contacts.  I cannot find out how to add this to outlook for a new user.  If I click on  properties for the address book from someone that does have it I get the location of \\Public Folders\Favorites .  Can you tell me how to add this address book?  Thanks

the global address book is part of the exchange connectivity.
Once you install an exchange account from within outlook it should appear.

Open outlook
Goto Tools -> Account Settings
New Account -> Exchange Server
Validate your user against the server name then Ok it and wholla..

Hope that helps.

Hey I removed and re-added the exchange account but still no dice. I don't know if this matters but he also has a pop account in there.

Thanks
So if you go onto the new users PC, create a new email and press the 'To' button to access the address book, what are you options in the 'address books' field? You should have access to the global address book and probably local contacts also..
Is this the case? or do you have something different?
Sorry maybe I am not calling the right term.  They do have the global address book but they do not have the address book called sunbelt of philadelphia one.  I have attached a screenshot.  Thanks for your help!
