I have Outlook running on two machines,
1) Laptop
2) Desktop

If I am on the road with my laptop and a piece of mail autoforwards from GMAIL it comes to my inbox. No problem.
Now, how can I have that same piece of mail also show up in my inbox on my Desktop machine at home, assuming that it is left on while I travel. This way my 2 pst's are the same.

Thanks

Hi,
Asumption :You have a Exchange Server....This would be a default functionality of Outlook in Cache Mode until and unless you configure it to deliver all mails directly to a Local PST on any of the 2 machines. Go with default settings and mails will come on both. Since mail would be still on Exchange Server. Just that if read on another it will become read there.

Assumtion: If you are using POP with lets say Yahoo etc, then configure OUtlook at download and not remove the copy from Yahoo etc. In this case you will have 2 PST (1 on each machine) with all mails.
Hope this is what you were looking at.
Thanks
Nitin
