E-mail body not showing up in Outlook 2007
We have had two users have an issue with outlook 2007. When they would open an e-mail, the message body would not show up, you could see the to, from, cc, etc, but the box where the body should be shows whatever is behind window. Also, if the reading pane is turned on, they would a get a similar result, but it would just be black, but you could still see the To, From, CC, etc. You could also see and open attachments, just not the message body.
Tried reinstalling, outlook, the entire office suite, no luck. Also logged in as another user and created a new profile, same problem. Outlook is being used with an exchange 2003 server. Finally ended up reformating the computer to fix the problem.
If anyone know a solution to this that is easier than a reformat, please let me know!
Thanks in advance for you help.

We are not using AVG anti-virus, we actaully are using Symantec Corporate Antivirus which i though might have been causing this, so I uninstalled the client, no luck there either
Thanks for the help!
