Outlook 2003 is full and asks to delete messages.
My client is using Outlook 2003. Although the 2GB limit appears to apply to previous versions of Outlook my client is getting these messages at about the 2GB size file. Is it possible that an earlier file has been used and this retains this size limlt. If so what is best way to deal with this problem. She has run out of deleting and archiving options.

ozgary,
If old PST is so large that you cannot move anything in the personal folder, you will need to repair a 2GB Outlook Personal Folder - PST2GB

You can change the values for MaxFileSize and WarnFileSize to allow the file to be larger than 2GB
This is a temp solution and I have seen outlook blow up many times because of a large .pst file, but it is a solution none the less.
