Proper way to add a route in ISA 2006

We have a dynamic multipoint vpn connection setup through Cisco routers.  My internal network is 192.168.168.0/24 the network I am trying to get to is 10.0.121.0/24  If I add static routes to individual machines I can ping the network and machines on the other side.  My question is how do I setup a route in ISA so that I don't have to add static routes to every machine that need to connect to the 10.0.121.0/network?  If I don't have everything covered please feel free to ask.

I have done that, but when I try to ping from the isa box it times out on the first reply and then says destination host unreachable.  If I add the static route to any other box it works fine.

Okay, looks like it isn't that simple.  See this forum post:

Looks like with versions prior to ISA 2006, this would have worked but no longer with ISA 2006.

Assuming the remote VPN sites have static public IP's, how about adding static host routes to the VPN peer addresses and routes to the remote subnets via the "outside/Internet" interface on the Cisco and a default route to the ISA server via the "inside/LAN" interface.  Set your clients default gateway to the Cisco and it "should" work.  Ideally, you would have an L3 switch or router in front of the ISA box and VPN router to make the routing decision.
