OST 2 PST will allow you to convert the OST's to PST's and allow you to re-import them.

Or

Ontrack power Controls will allow you to extract the emails directly into exchange.

do you have any free tool
If you have an OST file then you can map your Outlook to the location where the OST file is present.
To do so, in Outlook go to Tools-->Email Accounts-->Select View or change existing e-mail accounts-->Click on 'Next'-->Change-->More Settings-->Advanced-->Offline Folder File Settings-->If its disabled then enable it and browse to the path where your OST file is placed.
Once this is done, you may restart Outlook in an un-cached mode and Outlook must be in Offline state.
Verify if your emails are being displayed from OST and then archive the mailbox (i.e. OST) to a PST using Archive option from 'File' menu.

Doubted you have any chance recovering them mate.

No backup? Its simply suicidal. If they are not sitting in Delete Item Folders or Archive (PST) folder in your case then they are gone for good.

Depending what kind of email they are. If they are emails in your Inbox, you may have a copy in the Sent Item Folder should you replied to any of those.
