I was wandering if anyone had a script to rename files / folders through a command window. Basically, I want to have the script / program prompt for a folder name, and then the script goes to a specific (static) location and renames the folder the user specified to .old.

For example,

User has old program that leaves a directory on their computer. Upon executing the program, it asks what program folder would you like to rename, they type in trend.  The static path is c:\ program files and the program would then rename that path to "c:\program files\trend" to "c:\program files trend.old"
