Need to search and move entire file server for files older than 2 years

Is there an easy way to do this?  Our file server runs on a Windows 2003 Server and is a deidacted file server, nothing else runs on it.  It has about 800GB of disk space on a RAID5 and is getting pretty close to full, as nobody ever deletes anything and it has data going all the way back to 2005!  I need to find a way to search the entire server (One volume, two shares, and hundreds of subfolders and sub-sub folders within for any files/folders that have not been modified in the past two years.  Once those files are found, I will need to transfer them to an external USB drive or to LTO tape and sent offsite.  Thanks for any help.

Sorry instead of /MINAGE:20060806 use /MAXLAD:20060806 (MAXimum Last Access Date)

Tip: if you add the option /L it will List the files affected without actually moving them, so you can test it first!

also see XXCOPY  http://www.xxcopy.com/xxcopy30.htm
you need the /MOV option of RoboCopy otherwise vanilla XCOPY would work.
